820 Rebuild Kit

The essential rebuild kit in order to get your old/tired engine running like new again.

• No Cylinder or Stock/Modified cylinder options are available.
• SS coil stand-offs in case you want to run the new modern coil.

• Complete Piston Set with rings, piston pin, and snap rings. 

• 2 main 6304 crank bearings

• 28 (complete set) of individual Conrod/Crankpin bearings

• Crankcase gasket set

• Both Oil Seals for the PTO and Flywheel side. 

The "Basic Rebuild Kit" comes with all gaskets, bearings, piston set, gaskets and .040" aluminum head gasket. 

The "Stock Cylinder Rebuild Kit" has the stock 820 cylinder with stock ports. No Head Gasket is included, because there are too many variations of engine applications out there. There's not a set gasket that fits all needs. Please add one to your order, if needed. 

The "Boost Ported Cylinder Rebuild Kit" has the modified 820 cylinder with modified transfer ports, and added boost ports. No Head Gasket is included, because there are too many variations of engine applications out there. There's not a set gasket that fits all needs. Please add one to your order, if needed.
